The Dailogue's Toolkit to Streamline Gender Safety in the Digital Space

The Dialogue's initiative to combat tech-facilitated gender-based violence (TFGBV) is grounded in a comprehensive six-stage framework designed to create a safer, more resilient cyberspace. This project takes a holistic, 360-degree approach by identifying three key stakeholder groups—government representatives, legislators, and educational institutions—who play pivotal roles in shaping policies, enforcing laws, and educating the public on cyber safety.

The heart of the project lies in developing tailored toolkits for each of these stakeholders. These toolkits provide practical resources and strategies to address TFGBV, customized to the unique roles and responsibilities of each group. To deepen the impact, we are conducting a series of workshops in collaboration with leading institutions already working with these stakeholders. These workshops not only provide hands-on training but also foster collaboration, ensuring that each group is equipped to actively combat cyber-enabled violence and promote safer digital spaces.

As part of this project, I lead the entire Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) strategy. My role involves designing and overseeing data collection processes to measure the effectiveness of both the toolkits and the workshops. By tracking key outcomes and gathering insights from participants, I ensure that the project stays dynamic and responsive to the needs of each stakeholder group. This continuous evaluation allows us to refine the toolkits and workshops, making sure they have a lasting impact on mitigating gender-based violence in the digital realm.
